I'm a professionally trained life coach, educator, and lifelong student of personal transformation.

For years, I lived according to other people's expectations. I sought external validation, struggled with people-pleasing, and abandoned parts of myself to keep others comfortable.

Eventually, I realized that if I wanted my life to change, I had to stop waiting for permission and start choosing myself.

That decision transformed my life.

Today, I partner with people who are ready to recognize their patterns, challenge their beliefs, reconnect with their personal power, and create meaningful change.
